Organised by Community Projects Base CIC, our Under 18s events provide a safe, fun, and inclusive space for teens — with every penny reinvested into youth, disability and community initiatives in Wellingborough for residents of Northamptonshire.

Key Admission Info

Secondary School students only (Years 7–11)
Entry subject to safety searches
Attendees are not permitted to leave the venue to visit nearby shops, food outlets or surrounding areas
No re-entry if you leave
Dress code: No hoods, balaclavas
Vaping: Not encouraged and not permitted inside the venue (any vaping inside may result in confiscation)

Safeguarding & Supervision

DBS-checked staff and volunteers
SIA-licensed door supervisors on duty
Alcohol-free events
Alcohol & drugs: Zero tolerance
Qualified first aiders present
Bullying & violence or vandalising: Zero tolerance
End of event: Staff support safe departure. Where possible, attendees are released once a parent/guardian is visually confirmed (staff escort where possible).

Behaviour Expectations

We treat all children like they’re our own, and we expect everyone attending to respect the venue, staff and other young people.

Palm Beach operates a zero-tolerance approach to:

Bullying
Fighting or violence
Vandalising the venue
Threatening or antisocial behaviour

Any behaviour that compromises safety may result in:

Removal from the event
Parent or guardian contact
A ban from future Palm Beach Teens events

1. "Is it safe?"

Yes — Palm Beach Teens under-18 events are very safe.

Palm Beach operates with safeguarding and safety standards that go well beyond what is typically expected of community youth venues.

Our Safeguarding Team Includes:

Lead First Aider – a qualified First Aid at Work Trainer who professionally trains other first aiders

Head of Venue Security – an SIA-licensed Door Supervisor and accredited SIA Door Supervisor Trainer

Designated Child Protection Officer – a retired Youth Offending Officer with extensive frontline safeguarding experience

Venue Manager – a qualified TUC Health & Safety Workplace Representative, trained in risk assessment and operational compliance

Volunteer Team – many hold Level 2 Safety Steward qualifications, with training in crowd safety and incident response

Ongoing Staff Training
Our team and volunteers completes regular training covering safeguarding, age verification and other essential youth-safety responsibilities.

The safety and wellbeing of young people is always our highest priority.

Why We Do It

Palm Beach Teens Under 18 Events

It’s more than just a party — it’s a purpose.

Palm Beach Teens Nights weren’t created to make money — they were created to make a difference.

As parents ourselves, we wanted to offer our children somewhere safe, welcoming, and fun. A place where they could express themselves, build confidence, and spend time with friends — off the streets, out of trouble, and into a positive environment.

That’s how Palm Beach Teens was born.

But it’s grown into so much more.

✅ Non-Profit Events – All proceeds go straight back into our community, funding vital youth projects, Disability Discos, and safe nightlife alternatives.

✅ A Safe Space – We provide a secure environment every month for local teens to enjoy music, dance, and social freedom.

✅ Managed by Parents – We treat every child like our own, because we know how important trust and care really are.

✅ Built for Growth – Our Young Entrepreneurs Programme gives local teens real-world work experience in events, promotions, and leadership.

This isn’t just an event —

It’s a movement to uplift, include, mentor and inspire the next generation.
