  • 🕺 2-Hour Hosted Disco Party – Our team runs the entire event — from start to finish — so you can relax and enjoy the day.

  • 🎤 DJ & Party Host – Energetic and fun, keeping little ones engaged throughout.  Leading games and dancing .

  • 🏰 Small Bouncy Castle – Included in your package, sized perfectly for under 6s.  You will need to monitor it throughout the party.

  • 📺 Traditional & Interactive Party Games - Games like musical statues and screen-based dancing games everyone can follow and more — selected by your host to suit the vibe. (No two parties are the same!)

  • 🌀 Party Props – Hula hoops, Olaf ride-on and more included in every party.

  • 🎵 Disco Lights & Smoke Machine Soft lighting and effects to wow little ones.

  • 🎁 Games Prizes Small prizes are handed out to game winners throughout the party — all part of the package.

  • 👋 Meet & Greet at the Door – A friendly staff member is always present to welcome guests and ensure children remain safely inside throughout the party.

Tables for food will be provided, but you will need to bring your own tablecloths, napkins, plates, cups, etc

You can bring your own, or purchase jugs of squash or fizzy pop from the bar. We’re happy to supply jugs for squash if needed!

 

The bar will also be open for adults throughout the party.

🎈 Bubble Party – £60

The DJ will release bubbles at intervals during the party for all guests to enjoy — creating a fun, floaty atmosphere kids love!

❄️ Snow Party – Winter Wonderland – £80

Our snow cannon creates a magical indoor snow blizzard that will amaze your guests and bring your party to life.

🕷️ Spiderman Mascot Visit – £35

20-minute interactive visit from Spiderman who chats with the children, presents the birthday cake, and poses for individual photos with every child.

🍬 Sweets & Treats Table – £80

A selection of sweets and treats presented in a themed layout with scoops and sweet bags for guests to help themselves.

🍭 Candy Floss – £50

Up to 40 sticks of freshly spun, fluffy candy floss for your guests to enjoy as a parting treat. Flavours and colours may vary.

🌭 Hot Dogs – £50

We’ll serve up to 36 hot dogs with napkins, sauces, and plates. Chicken and vegetarian options are available on request (may incur a small surcharge).

☕ Tea & Coffee Station – £20

Unlimited self-serve tea and coffee for all adults in attendance. Perfect for parents to relax and socialise while the kids party.

🍿 Popcorn – £40

40 bags of fresh, warm popcorn served from our popcorn stand — a classic, crowd-pleasing snack.

👮 Door Supervisor Upgrade – £25

Upgrade to include an SIA-registered Door Supervisor to assist with door entry and general safety.

🧼 Cleaning Options

  • ✅ We Clean – £30
    Let us handle the mess! Includes rubbish removal, surface wipes, floor sweep, and venue reset.

  • ✅ You Clean
    We’ll provide a cleaning caddy with cloths, sprays, broom, and dustpan. You’ll need to bring bin bags or purchase 3 for £1 from the bar

Booking your event at Palm Beach is easy:
  1. Select Your Package – Choose the perfect hire option for your celebration.
  2. Pick a Date & Time – Use our online calendar to find availability.
  3. Complete the Booking Form – Tell us a few key details about your event.
  4. Wait for Confirmation – We'll review your request and respond within 48 hours with approval and your invoice.
💳 Only a deposit is needed at first. Deposit payments are due within 14 days.
Your remaining balance isn’t due until 2 weeks before your event.
📌 Important Booking Info. You don’t pay in full when booking — just a deposit, which is due within 14 days of your invoice.  Your chosen date and time will be reserved in the meantime.  All payment details are clearly listed on the invoice we send.

We’re often facilitating events between Friday and Sunday, so booking requests made over the weekend will be confirmed on Monday.

What to expect at your Party

What to Expect on the Day of Your Party 🕓 20 Minutes Before Start Complimentary access is granted (subject to availability) for setting up your cake, decorations, or any extras. Please refer to your hire T&Cs for full details. ⏳ 15 Minutes Before Start Our team and DJ will begin preparations behind the scenes. Doors remain closed to guests until the official start time. 🚪 Party Start Time Doors open and your guests are welcomed in! 👋 Meet & Greet (First 5–10 mins) Guests settle in, birthday presents are collected, and background music plays to set the mood. 🎤 Let’s Party (10–15 mins in) The DJ/host kicks off the fun! Lights go down, and the UV Glow Face Paint Station opens (where included). 🍽 Food Break (1 Hour In) For children’s parties only — a short break to enjoy food and drinks provided by you. 🎂 Cake Time (1hr 15 mins) Sing Happy Birthday and cut the cake. 💃 Back to the Dancefloor More music, dancing, and fun for the final stretch of the party. 🧹 15 Minutes Before End If you're handling the clean-up, a dustpan and brush will be made available to help you tidy before the session ends. 🏁 End of Party All guests leave — and another unforgettable party is in the books!

"I booked this venue for my son’s 6th birthday and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations.
The DJ was incredible at entertaining the children for 2 hours, the family who run the business were so welcoming. All we had to do was provide the food & the rest was catered for (bouncy castle, DJ, smoke machine and music) they even displayed a happy birthday to our son on the screen, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this venue, could not have asked for a better party! Parents also told me how much fun they had and plenty will be booking parties in the future!
