Our Flagship Youth Programmes
Palm Beach | Young Entrepreneurs
Young Entrepreneurs Programme
Ages. 13 - 17 | Duration: 12 Weeks | £ Free to participants
(funded by Community Projects Base C.I.C through reinvested community trading activity)
A structured employability and skills programme combining accredited training, mentoring and supervised experience within a real working venue environment.
Participants gain confidence, responsibility and real-world experience supporting community events and youth activities.
Participants are expected to commit approximately 2–4 hours per week of supervised training and experience(typically Saturdays).
This commitment is essential to successfully complete the programme and make the most of the opportunity provided.
Failure to attend without notice may affect completion and certification

Structured DJ skills training combined with supervised event shadowing designed to build confidence, creativity and professional behaviour.

We also offer SEN-inclusive DJ workshop options, delivered in smaller groups or 1-to-1 with a calm, supportive approach.
Sessions are adapted to individual needs where possible, focusing on confidence, creativity and enjoyment in a safe environment.
All DJ sessions are fully supervised with clear boundaries and safeguarding procedures in place.
