Why We
Created This

As a business operating for over 14 years, we understand first-hand the challenges of building something without guidance.

We had no mentors, no structured support and no clear pathway.

This programme is designed to change that — by sharing real experience, knowledge and opportunity with the next generation.

By combining engagement, mentoring and real-word experience, we support young people to make positive choices and stay connected to their community.

Young Entrepreneurs Programme
(Pilot Delivered) Ages. 13 - 17

We previously delivered a free Young Entrepreneurs Programme, designed to give young people a voice, build confidence and introduce real-world thinking beyond the classroom.

The programme engaged 16 young people in its first phase, demonstrating strong demand and positive outcomes.

The programme was supported by a youth leadership model, including a young team leader who helped organise meetings, supported peers and contributed to programme delivery.

Structured DJ skills training combined with supervised event shadowing designed to build confidence, creativity and professional behaviour.

Participants are expected to complete approximately 2 hours of shadowing per week (typically Saturdays).

Failure to complete attendance expectations may result in withdrawal from the course.

DJ Equipment

Participants are not required to bring their own equipment.

All core training and supervised practice takes place using Palm Beach's professional DJ equipment during workshop sessions. Unless participants choose to use their own.

Participants who wish to practice at home or build playlists outside of the sessions may do so using their own equipment or software, however this is optional and not required to complete the programme.

SEN-Inclusive DJ Workshops

We also offer SEN-inclusive DJ workshop options, delivered in smaller groups or 1-to-1 with a calm, supportive approach.
Sessions are adapted to individual needs where possible, focusing on confidence, creativity and enjoyment in a safe environment.

All DJ sessions are fully supervised with clear boundaries and safeguarding procedures in place.
SEN requirements can be discussed at the enquiry stage. easy.

Progression opportunities include Live DJ Experience at the monthly SEN Disability Discos | Every 3rd Wednesday of the month
