Palm Beach | Young Entrepreneurs & Skills
Programme
Youth Entrepreneurs Programme
Ages. 13 - 17 | Duration: 12 Weeks | £ Free to participants
(funded by Community Projects Base C.I.C through reinvested community trading activity)
A structured employability and skills programme combining accredited training, mentoring and supervised work experience within a real working venue environment.
Participants gain hands-on experience supporting real events, developing responsibility, confidence and workplace skills.
Participants are expected to commit approximately 2–4 hours per week of supervised training and experience(typically Saturdays).
This commitment is essential to successfully complete the programme and make the most of the opportunity provided.
Failure to attend without notice may affect completion and certification

DJ Equipment
Participants are not required to bring their own equipment.
All core training and supervised practice takes place using Palm Beach's professional DJ equipment during workshop sessions. Unless participants choose to use their own.
Participants who wish to practice at home or build playlists outside of the sessions may do so using their own equipment or software, however this is optional and not required to complete the programme.
SEN-Inclusive DJ Workshops
We also offer SEN-inclusive DJ workshop options, delivered in smaller groups or 1-to-1 with a calm, supportive approach.
Sessions are adapted to individual needs where possible, focusing on confidence, creativity and enjoyment in a safe environment.
All DJ sessions are fully supervised with clear boundaries and safeguarding procedures in place.
SEN requirements can be discussed at the enquiry stage. easy.
