The Lounge Room is a stylish, intimate space — perfect for milestone birthdays like 40ths, 50ths, or 60ths. Featuring cozy booth seating, ambient lighting, and its own private bar, it creates the perfect atmosphere for meaningful moments, smaller celebrations and a more personal party vibes. Comfortably hosts up to 230 guests.

Important information for 18th Birthday Parties
18th birthday celebrations at Palm Beach are delivered under a dedicated service separate from our standard adult party packages.
An 18th birthday marks a key transition into adulthood and as a licensed venue, we operate these events with enhanced supervision, clear expectations and additional staffing to ensure a safe and well-managed celebration for all guests.
This approach allows us to offer a high-quality, club-style experience while protecting our guests, staff and venue licence.
18th birthday parties are not available at standard adult party rates.

Birthday Cake –You bring the cake, we’ll play the birthday song and even cut it up for you

Buffet – You’re welcome to bring your own buffet or caterers,

Music – If you have not booked our resident DJ, you will need to provide Music or your own DJ. You/they can plug a phone or laptop straight into our PA system. All other equipment e.g a Mic must be provided by you.

We provide tables for food, but please remember to bring your own tablecloths, napkins, plates, and cutlery.

Booking your event at Palm Beach is easy:

Complete the Booking Form – Tell us a few key details about your event.

Wait for Confirmation – We'll review your request and respond within 48 hours with approval and your invoice.
💳 Only a deposit is needed at first. Deposit payments are due within 14 days.
Your remaining balance isn’t due until 2 weeks before your event.
📌 Important Booking Info. You don’t pay in full when booking — just a deposit, which is due within 14 days of your invoice. Your chosen date and time will be reserved in the meantime. All payment details are clearly listed on the invoice we send.
We’re often facilitating events between Friday and Sunday, so booking requests made over the weekend will be confirmed on Monday.
