📋 Booking Process
Booking your party at Palm Beach is simple:
1. Select Your Date & Time
Click the pink ‘Check Availability & Book’ button below to view our online calendar and select your preferred available date and time.

2. Complete & Submit the Booking Form for Approval
Tell us a few key details about your party and submit your booking request. We’ll check your request and approve it, or contact you if we need to discuss an alternative date or time.

3. Receive Your Invoice
Once approved, we’ll issue your invoice, usually within 48 hours. Requests submitted over weekends or bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.

4. Pay Your Deposit to Secure Your Booking
Your deposit is due within 14 days of receiving your invoice. Once your deposit payment has been received, your booking is confirmed.
💳 Payment Information
No payment is required today. You will receive an invoice with details of how to make payment.
You are welcome to spread the cost through instalments, but all balances must be paid in full 2 weeks before your event.
No payments can be made on the day of your event.
📌 Important Booking Info.
Your selected date and time will be provisionally held while we process your booking request.
Submitting the booking form does not confirm your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once your required deposit payment has been received.
If your deposit is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, Palm Beach reserves the right to release the date and make it available for other bookings.
