Drinks Policy – Teen Parties

​

Drinks are not included in any Teen Party packages.

Party hosts and guests are not permitted to bring their own drinks into the venue.
 

A full range of soft drinks is available to purchase from our bar (card payments accepted). Party hosts may also purchase jugs of Coke or lemonade from the bar if they wish to provide drinks for their guests.

What You Need To Bring: (Optional)

  • Birthday Cake –You bring the cake, we’ll present it and even cut it up for you

  • Snacks / Food – You're welcome to order in pizzas or bring light snacks. But it's not compulsory for Teen Parties!

  • Decorations – You're welcome to bring balloons, or themed banners to add a personal touch to your celebration! ​  ​We provide the party vibe — you add the finishing touches if you wish.​​​  We offer 20 minutes complimentary set up time before your party to set up.  If you require more time, please delay the start time on your invites to your guests.

Please Note:
We provide tables for food, but please remember to bring your own tablecloths, napkins, plates, and cutlery.

🍬 Sweets & Treats Table – £80

A selection of sweets and treats presented in a themed layout with scoops and sweet bags for guests to help themselves.​

🍭 Candy Floss – £50

Up to 40 sticks of freshly spun, fluffy candy floss for your guests to enjoy as a parting treat. Flavours and colours may vary.​

​

🌭 Hot Dogs – £50

We’ll serve up to 36 hot dogs with napkins, sauces, and plates. Chicken and vegetarian options are available on request (may incur a small surcharge).​

​​

👮 Door Supervisor Upgrade – £35

Upgrade the Epic Teens Party to include an SIA-registered Door Supervisor to assist with door entry and general safety.

🎬 Red Carpet - £25

  • Welcome your guests in style with a classic red carpet entryway. Includes a premium red carpet runner and chrome rope barriers to create a true VIP arrival moment. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, and milestone events.

​​🧼 Cleaning Options

✅ We Clean – £30

Let us handle the mess! Includes rubbish removal, surface wipes, floor sweep, and venue reset.​

✅ You Clean

We’ll provide a cleaning caddy with cloths, sprays, broom, and dustpan. You’ll need to bring bin bags or purchase 3 for £1 from the bar.

​
Booking your event at Palm Beach is easy:
​
  1. Select Your Package – Choose the perfect hire option for your celebration.
  2. Pick a Date & Time – Use our online calendar to find availability.
  3. Complete the Booking Form – Tell us a few key details about your event.
  4. Wait for Confirmation – We'll review your request and respond within 48 hours with approval and your invoice.
​
💳 Only a deposit is needed at first. Deposit payments are due within 14 days.
​
Your remaining balance isn’t due until 2 weeks before your event.
📌 Important Booking Info. You don’t pay in full when booking — just a deposit, which is due within 14 days of your invoice.  Your chosen date and time will be reserved in the meantime.  All payment details are clearly listed on the invoice we send.

We’re often facilitating events between Friday and Sunday, so booking requests made over the weekend will be confirmed on Monday.
🛡️ Safety First:

  • All staff and DJs are DBS-checked

  • A qualified first-aider is always on-site

  • Fully enclosed and supervised venue for a safe, secure experience

"I booked this venue for my son’s 6th birthday and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations.
The DJ was incredible at entertaining the children for 2 hours, the family who run the business were so welcoming. All we had to do was provide the food & the rest was catered for (bouncy castle, DJ, smoke machine and music) they even displayed a happy birthday to our son on the screen, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this venue, could not have asked for a better party! Parents also told me how much fun they had and plenty will be booking parties in the future!
