Service Description
Our 16–17 parties offer a grown-up feel in a safe, private setting. Enjoy a private venue, DJ, lights, and the freedom to bring your own food and birthday cake. No drinks are permitted to be brought in — soft drinks and jugs available at the bar. A responsible adult (25+) must remain on-site. Anyone appearing intoxicated will be refused entry. Optional upgrades include VIP extras, sweet tables, or a Door Supervisor. Perfect for that ‘nearly adult’ celebration with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Applies to all bookings for parties hosted at Club Palm Beach Ltd for guests aged 16–17. ✅ Supervision A responsible adult (preferably aged 25 or over) must remain on-site at all times to supervise the event and guest behaviour. This adult is accountable for maintaining good order and ensuring all venue rules are followed. 🚫 Drinks Policy No drinks of any kind (including water) may be brought into the venue. The bar will be open for soft drink purchases. If you wish to provide drinks for your guests, jugs of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, or Lemonade can be bought from the bar. Each jug serves approximately 10–15 guests and can be purchased on the day. ✅ Food & Cake You are welcome to bring your own buffet, snacks, sweets, and a birthday cake. You are responsible for the safe handling and hygiene of all food. No kitchen 🚫 Decorations & Prohibited Items The following items are not permitted anywhere in the venue: Table confetti or sprinkles Confetti balloons Party cannons or poppers Stickers or adhesive materials 🚨 Alcohol & Conduct Warning Guests, including the birthday boy/girl, will be refused entry if they arrive appearing intoxicated. Club Palm Beach reserves the right to refuse or cease serving alcohol to adults attending the party at any time during the event, without notice or liability. These measures are in place to protect the safety of young attendees and to comply with licensing laws. Do not proceed to pay the deposit or confirm your booking unless you are fully satisfied with all of the above booking conditions. 📋 Booking Information Bookings are confirmed only after submission of a completed booking form and non-refundable deposit (as outlined on your invoice). Deposits are deducted from the total hire fee. Invoices are issued within 24 hours of form submission, with full payment instructions. Reservations are held for 14 days. If the deposit is not received, the slot will be released. ❌ Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits and hire fees are non-refundable. Cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or guest no-shows do not qualify for a refund. Events cancelled within 21 days of the party date will still be charged the full hire balance. ⏱️ Access & Timings Complimentary access is granted 20 minutes before the start time (subject to availability).
