Cancellation Policy

Children’s Party Booking Policy (Ages 1–12) Applies to all bookings for parties hosted at Club Palm Beach Ltd for children aged 12 and under. ✅ Supervision A responsible adult (preferably aged 25 or over) must remain present throughout the party to supervise the children and ensure safety. If a bouncy castle or play equipment is in use, it must be actively monitored at all times by the supervising adult. ✅ Food & Drink You are welcome to bring your own buffet or order takeaway food (e.g. pizza). You must provide drinks for the children. You may bring your own squash – jugs and tap water are available at the bar. You can also purchase jugs of squash or fizzy drinks from the bar on the day. The bar will be open for adult guests to purchase alcoholic and soft drinks. No kitchen facilities are available — food must arrive pre-prepared. 🚫 Decorations & Prohibited Items To protect the venue and ensure a safe environment, the following items are strictly prohibited: Table confetti or sprinkles Confetti balloons Party cannons or poppers Stickers or adhesive materials 🔫 Special Booking Instructions: Fortnite Nerf Wars Parties All Nerf guns, ammunition, and safety eyewear are provided by Club Palm Beach. Equipment is supplied for up to 30 participating children, plus the birthday child, totalling 31 children maximum. Safety gear must be worn at all times during gameplay. 💰 Booking Confirmation Bookings are confirmed only once a completed booking form and non-refundable deposit (as shown on your invoice) have been received. Deposits are deducted from the total hire fee. Invoices are sent within 24 hours of form submission and include payment instructions. Reservations are held for 14 days. If the deposit is not received, the slot will be released automatically. ❌ Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits and hire fees are non-refundable. Cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or guest no-shows do not qualify for refunds. Events cancelled within 21 days of the party date will still be charged the full balance. ⏱️ Access & Timings Complimentary access is granted 20 minutes before the start time (subject to availability). This setup time is not guaranteed. We will notify you in advance if your access window is shorter due to back-to-back bookings. Please see full T&C's for further terms
