Service Description
Celebrate your teen's big day with a party they'll never forget! Designed for ages 13–15, our teen parties include a private venue, in-house DJ, party lights, and the freedom to bring your own food and birthday cake. With optional extras like a UV Glow upgrade, sweet tables, or even a theme, you can customise the celebration to match their vibe. A responsible adult (25+) must supervise the event. No drinks can be brought in — jugs and soft drinks available at the bar.
Cancellation Policy
Applies to all bookings for teen parties hosted at Club Palm Beach Ltd for guests aged 13–17. ✅ Supervision A responsible adult (preferably aged 25 or over) must remain on-site at all times to supervise the party and guests. This adult is responsible for ensuring good behaviour and compliance with venue rules. 🚫 Drinks Policy No drinks of any kind (including water) may be brought into the venue. The bar will be open to purchase soft drinks throughout the event. If you wish to provide drinks for your guests, jugs of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, or Lemonade can be purchased directly from the bar. Each jug serves approximately 10–15 guests. These can be ordered on the day. ✅ Food & Cake You are welcome to bring your own buffet, snacks, sweets, and a birthday cake. All food remains your responsibility for safe handling and hygiene. No kitchen facilities are available — food must arrive pre-prepared. 🚫 Decorations & Prohibited Items The following items are not permitted anywhere in the venue: Table confetti or sprinkles Confetti balloons Party cannons or poppers Stickers or adhesive materials 📋 Booking Information Bookings are confirmed only after submission of a completed booking form and non-refundable deposit (as outlined on your invoice). Deposits are deducted from the total hire fee. Invoices are issued within 24 hours of form submission, with full payment instructions. Reservations are held for 14 days. If the deposit is not received, the slot will be released. ❌ Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits and hire fees are non-refundable. Cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or guest no-shows do not qualify for a refund. Events cancelled within 21 days of the party date will still be charged the full hire balance. ⏱️ Access & Timings Complimentary access is granted 20 minutes before the start time (subject to availability). This setup time is not guaranteed. We will notify you in advance if your access window is shorter due to back-to-back bookings.
