Host unforgettable private events with exclusive late-night venue hire at Palm Beach. Our unique and versatile space is yours from 11:00 PM to 4:30 AM.
Cancellation Policy
For external promoters pre-booked events taking place between 11:00 PM – 4:30 AM 📋 Booking Information A completed form and non-refundable deposit are required to confirm your booking. Deposits are deducted from the total hire fee. Reservations are held for 14 days before being released if unpaid. Full terms are available under “Late-Night Private Event Terms and Conditions”. 🚨 ID & Licensing Policy The venue operates a strict Challenge 25 / No ID No Sale alcohol policy. Guests under 18 are not permitted at late-night events. Any breach of licensing (overcrowding, disorderly conduct) will lead to immediate event closure without refund. ✅ Food & Drink No drinks of any kind (including water) may be brought into the venue. All drinks (including rider items or VIP tables) must be purchased through the bar. Outside caterers are permitted but must have valid Food Hygiene certificates. No takeaway meals from guests. 🚫 Strict Prohibitions No confetti, sprinkles, poppers, or confetti balloons. No unauthorised promotion or fly posting (breach may result in cancellation without refund). ❌ Cancellations Must be made in writing. Deposits and hire fees are non-refundable. Events cancelled within 21 days will be charged the full hire balance. Full terms are available under “Late-Night Private Event Terms and Conditions”.
