Cancellation Policy

Applies to all private adult celebrations and 18th birthday parties at Club Palm Beach Ltd. ✅ Supervision A responsible adult (preferably aged 25+) must remain on-site for the entire event. They are responsible for ensuring all guests behave appropriately, comply with venue rules, and that the event runs smoothly and safely. 🍽️ Food & Catering You may bring your own buffet. External caterers are allowed, but you are fully responsible for food hygiene and safe handling. No kitchen is available—food must be pre-prepared before arrival. 🍸 Alcohol & Bar Policy No drinks (including water) may be brought into the venue.All drinks must be purchased at the bar. A strict Challenge 25 / No ID, No Sale policy applies The venue reserves the right to refuse or stop alcohol service at any time without liability. 🚫 Decorations & Prohibited Items The following are not permitted in the venue: Table confetti or sprinkles Confetti balloons Party cannons or poppers Additional Conditions for 18th Birthday Parties: These apply in addition to the general adult party policy. 🆔 Age Verification & Underage Guest Policy Guests, including the birthday celebrant, may be refused entry if they appear intoxicated. A breathalyser may be used as a condition of entry. The celebrant must bring valid photo ID, and their 18th birthday must fall on or before the party date. Anyone under 18, or anyone who appears under 25 and cannot produce valid ID, must leave the venue by 11:50 PM. No extensions beyond 11:50 PM for underage guests — this is a licensing condition and cannot be changed. All guests appearing under 25 will be asked for ID at the bar. No ID = No alcohol. No exceptions. 📅 Booking Confirmation (All Adult Parties) A booking is only confirmed once a completed booking form and non-refundable deposit (as outlined on your invoice) are received. Deposits are deducted from the total hire fee. Invoices are issued within 24 hours of form submission. Reservations are held for 14 days. If the deposit is not received in this time, the slot will be released. ❌ Cancellations (All Adult Parties) Cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits and hire fees are non-refundable. Cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or no-shows do not qualify for a refund. Events cancelled within 21 days of the event date Complimentary access is granted 20 minutes before the start time (subject to availability) Please see full T&C's for further terms
