Under 6's Birthday Parties

📅 Booking & Payments

Q: I’ve submitted a booking form—what happens next?
A: Your chosen date/time is reserved. You'll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, followed by an invoice. A deposit is required within 2 weeks to secure your booking. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the deposit is received, you'll get a receipt and your invitations. Final balance is due 2 weeks before the party.

Q: Can I change the date after booking?
A: Yes, for a £100 fee and subject to availability.

A: Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions.

🎈 Party Details

Q: What's included in the party package?
A: Everything in your quote and listed on our website. All packages include a Disco with DJ and Party Host.

Q: Do you decorate the venue?
A: No, but you're welcome to bring decorations. Confetti, poppers, and sprinkles are not allowed.

​

Q: Do I have to decorate?
A: Totally optional! The party will still be fantastic without it.

​

Q: When can we arrive to set up?
A: You’ll have access 30 minutes before the party (subject to availability).

​

Q: Can I bring extra services like a face painter?
A: Absolutely—just let us know in advance.

​

🍕 Food & Drink

Q: Do you provide food?
A: Yes! Our optional Hotdog Package can be added. You're also welcome to bring your own food, order pizza, or hire a caterer.

Q: Are drinks included?
A: No, but you can bring squash/soft drinks for the kids. Water jugs available. The bar is open for adult purchases.

​

🎵 Entertainment & Music

Q: What games do you play?
A: Age-appropriate fun! Think: pass the parcel, musical bumps, Disney games, dancing, and TV games.

Q: Can I give the DJ a playlist?
A: Yes—email up to 10 songs to clubpalmbeach@gmail.com. Our DJ also takes live requests.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests & Invitations

Q: Can older children attend?
A: Yes! Although this is an "under 6s" party, there are no age restrictions for guests.

​

Q: Are we limited to 40 guests?
A: No, the package includes 40 printed invitations, but you can invite as many guests as you like.

​

🏢 Venue Info

Q: Is the venue private during our event?
A: Yes! The space is yours exclusively for the duration of the party.

Q: Is the venue accessible?
A: Yes, full disabled access and toilets are available.

​

Q: Where can we park?
A: Free parking at Swansgate Multistorey Car Park (Mon–Sat until 6 PM), or nearby at Tithe Barn Road, Wellingborough NN8 1BP.
