Every great organisation has a purpose. Ours is reflected in our name — and in everything we do.
The meaning behind our name!
Palm
Palm represents everything we're rooted in.
It reflects our belief that the future is in the palm of your hand—that every person deserves opportunities to build confidence, realise their potential and shape their own future.
The palm tree represents our family roots. Palm Beach is a proud family-run organisation, born and bred in Wellingborough, built on strong relationships and a commitment to serving our local community.
Finally, it reflects our Caribbean heritage and our commitment to celebrating the diversity of our community, recognising that different cultures, experiences and backgrounds make Wellingborough a stronger, richer place for everyone.

Beach represents somewhere people look forward to going.
Whether it's a holiday abroad or a weekend by the British coast, people naturally look forward to the beach. It's a place associated with happiness, freedom and making memories.
We wanted to create a venue to reflect that same feeling.

From youth projects and disability discos to private celebrations, family celebrations and community programmes, Palm Beach has always been about creating positive opportunities, bringing people together and creating a place where everyone feels they belong.

Palm Beach is home to Community Projects Base C.I.C — a not-for-profit Community Interest Company and lead venue operator of Palm Beach. Together, we deliver youth projects, disability discos, family support, mentoring and community programmes for local people.
Private celebrations at weekends help make these community programmes possible throughout the week
Community Projects Base C.I.C. provides the structure behind that work, but Palm Beach remains its home, its identity and the place where the journey began.

Our Stay Up Late Disability Discos offer a safe, friendly space where everyone feels welcome.
Youth Boredom Prevention
We provide meaningful activities for children of all ages. These programmes help tackle social isolation, boredom and early signs of disengagement.
Training and Mentoring the Next Generation
What's the point having a skill or knowledge if you're not willing to pass it on & inspire the next generation! Free DJ training and practice opportunities. DJ at U18's or private hire events
Support for Parents & Little Ones
Weekly support groups for parents, carers and guardians with under 5's. Giving families a space to connect and recharge.
Safe Social Events for Teens
Our not-for-profit Under 18s Parties are fully staffed, safeguarded and alcohol-free. Real fun, no risks and purpose fuelled. Let's get the kids off the streets.

We reserve hire spaces for cultural events and events which bring the community together.
Growing Futures, One Skill at a Time
We want to uplift young people to feel confident & capable. Our free programmes offer local youth the chance to learn, and lead. Young people deserve more than a lecture - they need opportunities
