February Half Term FORTNITE BATTLE ROYALE EVENT at Palm Beach

Community Projects Base C.I.C is pleased to offer our Youth Boredom February Half Term Event.

FORTNITE BATTLE ROYALE EVENT

The event will consist of 2 hours of non stop entertainment for your child.  

We will play a number of Fortnite inspired games with Nerf Guns and end with our infamous Fortnite Dance Battle, so brush up on all your fortnite moves.

All nerf guns, ammo and goggles will be provided, but children are welcome to bring their own guns (Please do not bring your own bullets as we cannot guarantee they will be found /returned)

Please bring a named water bottle for your child as we will have regular water breaks throughout the event.

There will be a short slurp/drink break of 15 mintues half way through the event.  Children may bring snacks OR there will be a tuck shop open to purchase snacks. 

This event has limited spaces therefore it will be on a first come first served basis.  Once booked, Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Event Information

Here at Palm Beach, we take the safety of our customers very seriously.  We want the children that experience our events to have fun in a safe and controlled environment.

In order to provide this safe space, we have many different processess that we go through,  before, during and after the event.

• This event is Strictly for children aged between 6 - 12 years old.
• All children can be left unsupervised as this is a non parent event.
• All children will need to be signed in / out by a parent / guardian on the day.  All parents will need to sign this waiver form https://forms.wix.com/r/7159139681458717487

CHILD SAFETY:-

• All staff are DBS checked and hold a vast amount of qualifications to ensure the maximum safety to children attending including First Aid and Safeguarding Children
• Children will not be allowed to leave the event to meet their parents up the road etc.  We request that all parents / guardians collect their children from the venue.
• At the end of the event we have a dispersal policy in place.  Children will only be allowed to leave upon confirmation of sight of their parents / guardians.  
• We treat all children like their our own therefore WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE TO BULLYING AT OUR EVENTS! ANYONE FOUND TO BE BULLYING, FIGHTING OR VANDALISING THE VENUE WILL BE  BARRED FROM ALL FUTURE EVENTS!
• We will also do not tolerate any abuse to our staff.  Any person found abusing staff will have their parents contacted and permenatley barred from the venue.
