Cancellation Policy
Applies to all evening wedding receptions hosted at Club Palm Beach Ltd. ⏱️ Access Times Access to the venue is only permitted during the time stated on your booking confirmation or package. If you require additional setup time, this must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional venue hire fee. If you'd like to extend your event beyond midnight, this is possible up to 4:30 AM, but extra venue hire and DJ costs will apply. We recommend coordinating all suppliers (decorators, caterers, cake delivery, etc.) to arrive at the same time, as morning setup time is limited (usually 1.5 hours). Setup time will be confirmed one week prior to the event. Any items left behind must be collected by the end of the following business day, or they will be disposed of or donated to charity. 🍽️ Food and Drink You are welcome to bring your own caterers and/or buffet-style food. No kitchen facilities are available on site. All food must be fully prepared off-site. The venue accepts no liability for any food brought onto the premises. If using the venue's external buffet caterers, please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking to see if accommodations can be made. Disposable tableware (plastic plates, cutlery, napkins) will be provided only for food ordered via the venue’s caterers. If providing your own food, you must bring your own plates, cutlery, and napkins. 🪑 Furniture Hire If you require furniture such as tables, chairs, or cutlery, these will be sourced through an external hire company. An invoice from the hire company will be forwarded to you for confirmation. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment for the furniture hire is received. Although we are happy to arrange this on your behalf, the hirer remains fully liable for any charges or damage. The furniture supplier typically includes a £100 security deposit, which we will pay upfront, but any damages will be billed back to you. If any amounts remain unpaid after your event, they will accrue daily interest at 8% under Section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 until paid in full. ❌ Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing (via email). All deposits and hire fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.Cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or changes of mind do not qualify for a refund.
