Working With External Suppliers?
You’re welcome to provide your own venue décor, LED letters or numbers, and external buffet or catering services. However, all third-party vendors must deliver during your allocated morning setup time (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM) or once the venue doors open, as per your booking.
All items must be collected the following day between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Please note:
Palm Beach will not set out, move, or reposition any external vendor items, and cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or misuse of any third-party equipment, décor, or catering items while on site.

Every Wedding Is Different
The below journey is provided as an example only. Every wedding is unique and our packages can be tailored to suit your vision, traditions and preferred schedule.

Venue access for setup. Please ensure all vendors (e.g. cake, décor, LED letters) deliver during this time.

Confirmed Ceremony Start Time (off-site)
Reception doors typically open approximately 30 minutes after your ceremony.

Guest Arrival
Arrival drinks served as guests enter the venue.

Couple’s Entrance
The couple is formally announced into the room.

Speeches & Buffet
Speeches begin. Buffet opens shortly after.

Toast Drinks
Served as part of the celebration. Tables will be cleared by staff.

6:00 PM
First dance and DJ set begins.

Cutting of the cake.

📋 Booking Process
Booking your wedding reception at Palm Beach is simple:
1. Check Availability
Use our online calendar to view available dates by simply clicking the 'Check Availability' button on your preferred package above.
2. Complete the Enquiry Form
Provide us with a few key details about your celebration, including your preferred date, guest numbers and package requirements.
3. Receive Your Invoice
We'll review your enquiry and, if available, provisionally hold your preferred date whilst issuing your invoice, usually within 48 hours.
💳 Booking Confirmation
Submitting an enquiry form does not confirm your booking.
Your chosen date and time will be provisionally held whilst we process your request.
Bookings remain provisional until the required non-refundable booking fee has been received.
Wedding dates are typically held for up to 21 days from the invoice issue date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, Palm Beach reserves the right to release the date and offer it to other prospective couples.

You do not pay in full when booking.

Only an initial non-refundable booking fee is required to secure and confirm your date.

Payment by instalments is welcomed.

Payment schedules, instalment arrangements and final payment deadlines vary depending on the package selected and will be clearly detailed within your invoice.

For weddings booked more than 12 months in advance, 50% of the remaining balance will be due 6 months prior to the wedding reception date, with the final balance payable no later than 6 weeks before the event.

For weddings booked within 12 months of the event date, alternative payment schedules may apply and will be detailed within your invoice.
