Bringing Your Own Decor, LED Letters or Catering?
You’re welcome to provide your own venue décor, LED letters or numbers, and external buffet or catering services. However, all third-party vendors must deliver during your allocated morning setup time (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM) or once the venue doors open, as per your booking.
All items must be collected the following day between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Please note:
Palm Beach will not set out, move, or reposition any external vendor items, and cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or misuse of any third-party equipment, décor, or catering items while on site.
Example Wedding Day Timeline

Venue access for setup. Please ensure all vendors (e.g. cake, décor, LED letters) deliver during this time.

Confirmed Ceremony Start Time (off-site)
Reception venue doors will open 30 minutes after this time.

Guest Arrival
Arrival drinks served as guests enter the venue.

Couple’s Entrance
The couple is formally announced into the room.

Speeches & Buffet
Speeches begin. Buffet opens shortly after.

Toast Drinks
Served as part of the celebration. Tables will be cleared by staff.

First dance and DJ set begins.

Cutting of the cake.

Reception ends.
